Quality management system
BULATSA has implemented a quality management system, as a part of it’s Integrated Management System (IMS). The quality management system is certified as per ISO 9001 and it aims at:
- provision of ATM/ANS which comply with the applicable regulatory, customer and other stakeholders’ requirements;
- taking into account the risks and opportunities specific for our activity, internal and external context, and managing them for achieving our strategic objectives and improving our efficiency;
- to confirm with a certificate issued by an independent accredited certification body that the activities of BULATSA comply with the ISO 9001 standard.
The Quality Policy is based on the commitment of BULATSA to meet customers’ requirements within the regulatory framework and our corporate requirements, regarding the efficiency and the achievement of the objectives (with priority of the safety requirements).
