Bulatsa training centre

The Training Centre is part of BULATSA training organization, certified for training of air traffic controllers by virtue of Regulation (EC) No. 216/2008 of the European Parliament and the Council, and Commission Regulation (EU) No. 2015/340. The training in the Training Centre is conducted in courses as per approved by Directorate General Civil Aviation Administration training plans and programs.

The Training Centre holds a valid certificate for professional training of aviation specialists, issued in accordance with the requirements of Ordinance No. 27 on the aviation training centres of the Ministry of Transport and Communications.

BULATSA Training centre provides to aviation personnel training courses in English and Bulgarian for aviation, including a course on radio-telephone phraseology, for achievement of the required language proficiency level as per Regulation (EU) No 1178/2011, Regulation (EU) No 340/2015 and ICAO Document 9835.
