Reports on irregularities, violations and corruption

In accordance with the legislation requirements, BULATSA has introduced internal acts, which apply anti-corruption measures and procedures, including the procedure for reporting irregularities, violations and corruption, as follows:

• reports of irregularities, violations and corruption are submitted in writing, including by e-mail;
• the received reports are registered in the registry system;
• the examination of reports is conducted by a commission appointed by the director general;
• reports received with an identified sender and address for correspondence are examined only;
• within the established time limits, a response shall be sent to the sender of the report, containing a description of the results of the examination and the actions taken or its closure due to lack of sufficient data on committed irregularities, violations and acts of corruption.
