AMS: Meteorological Services for Air Navigation - require registration. AIP: Aeronautical Information Publication - requires registration. AUP: Airspace Use Plan - updated daily. FPL: Web Flight Planning services for domestic VFR flights - require registration.

- Air Traffic Services (ATS) BULATSA is responsible for the provision of air traffic services over an area of approximately 145,000 square kilometres. En-route services are provided by two Area Control Centres (ACCs) - Sofia and Varna. 306,000 overflying civil aircraft were serviced in 2004 without any ATM induced delays.
- Test of English for Aviation
The BULATSA Training Centre holds examinations to assess English language proficiency levels in accordance with the language skills requirements set in Ordinance No. 1 from 16.01.2003.
